- When placing an order, please review and confirm your shipping address before completing the purchase.
- There will be NO CHANGES TO ORDERS. This includes changes to the shipping address and or products.
- If your order has been shipped to the incorrect address: The customer will be responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to change the address. The customer can also attempt to make a package intercept via the shipping carrier's website. The customer will be responsible for the fees charged. Na' Maisha Designs is not responsible for shipments wrongly addressed by the customer and is not obligated to refund or replace any orders.
- If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address: we will contact you via email to confirm the address and make any changes. The customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
**PLEASE NOTE: Once your order leaves our shop we are no longer responsible for it. If you order is delivered damaged or it's stolen from your mailbox/porch please contact the shipping carrier.
